In 1999, Fabian Formals was purchased by Kathy Locascio Culler from the Fabian Family. Keeping with the traditional lines of clothing that the store had become known for, Kathy expanded services and products to address the needs of Fabian's clientele. Cocktail dresses, bridesmaid dresses, a full line of accessories, shoes, headpieces, jewelry, and gifts are all now available at Fabian Formals. The store also features the ability to obtain dresses from all labels and designers as well as custom-made clothing options. Business has doubled in four short years and she is happy to report growing each day.

50 years of time have separated the original opening of one of Steubenville's finest stores and today's classic boutique. Through changes in style, different owners, and expansion, one consistent hallmark of Fabian Formals has been the commitment to present the highest quality of clothing and a sophisticated look for customers.
